Charlton C. Hundley maintains a diverse general legal practice, with a focus on development of practical solutions for his client's legal needs. Charlton was born and raised in Tompkinsville in south central Kentucky. He graduated Cum Laude from Western Kentucky University and he received his Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky College of Law. He was a member and managing partner of Hundley & Hundley in Tompkinsville, and served as Secretary and General Counsel for ThermoView, Industries Inc., in Louisville, Kentucky.

Charlton is licensed to practice in Kentucky and Missouri, is a member of the Kentucky, Missouri and Louisville Bar Associations, and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court Western District of Kentucky and U.S. Court of Appeals 6^th Circuit.
